A CAN-only CVM system from SMART TESTSOLUTIONS consists of a communication module, a termination module and the number of CVM G5 measurement modules required for the respective application. A measurement module stack comprises a maximum of 59 modules, each of which can monitor ten cells. On request, we can supply the entire system in a housing specially tailored to your needs.
CAN only CVM
A CAN-only CVM system is suitable when high data transmission rates are not required. An example is cell voltage monitoring in an endurance test bench for vehicles. However, the systems are also used when the existing infrastructure only has CAN interfaces.
