Simulation speed 8-channel

The speed simulation MultiSim MS3C-LAB serves the independent simulation of static, ramp or analog out speed waveforms. Virtual encoder

ISIM-G2 integrates multi-channel rotary encoder simulation and an angle trigger generator for the operation of electronic control units on test benches . Based on the signals of an angle encoder attached to the the test bench drive shaft, the device generates the type of angle-and speed-synchronous signal profiles used by modern engine control units.

With the ISIM-G2, crankshaft-related speed signals can be made available to a control unit, even if the rotational speed signals of the test bench are supplied with a different rotational speed. A synchronization mechanism ensures that the phase position between the primary and the secondary shaft remains stable. Crankshaft and camshaft signals are simulated with the correct angular reference from the first input pulse on the drive shaft. The ISIM-G2 can simulate various speed sensors including DG23i.

ISIM-G2 permits rapid conversion of test benches to different engine or pump control systems, there is no need for complex, time-consuming mechanical setting operations.

The integrated tigger generator generates angle-based trigger signals as well as angular and speed-proportional analog signals. The duration of a trigger signal can adjusted freely.
